EXPENSE GHOST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Expense Ghost Complete Template Pack & Setup System ("Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use our Product.

2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Expense Ghost is a digital product consisting of templates, tutorial videos, and setup instructions that enable you to build your own expense tracking system using third-party services (Google, Telegram, OpenAI, Make.com). We do not host a service, maintain servers for processing your expenses, or store your expense data.

3. PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to download the digital Product. Due to the digital nature of our Product, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy described below.

4. REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unable to set up the system following our instructions within 30 days of purchase, you may request a refund by contacting expenseghost@gmail.com. We reserve the right to verify your attempt to implement the system before processing the refund.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 Ownership

Expense Ghost and its contents, including but not limited to videos, templates, text, graphics, and code, are owned by us and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 License

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own personal or business expense tracking purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Resell or redistribute the Product or any part thereof

• Create derivative works based on the Product

• Share your access with others who have not purchased the Product

• Use the Product to build a competing service or product

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1 Third-Party Services

You are responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining accounts with required third-party services

• Obtaining and maintaining valid API keys for these services

• Complying with the terms and conditions of these third-party services

• Any costs associated with these third-party services

6.2 Setup and Maintenance

You are responsible for:

• Following our instructions to set up your system

• Maintaining your system once set up

• Ensuring the security of your API keys and other credentials

• Backing up your data regularly

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Product will meet your specific requirements

• The Product will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free

• Any errors in the Product will be corrected

• Third-party services required for the system will continue to function as they currently do

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL EXPENSE GHOST, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Product

• Any changes made to the Product

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

• Any changes or discontinuation of third-party services required by the Product

• Any other matter relating to the Product

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Expense Ghost and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Product or your violation of these Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in [YOUR COUNTY/CITY], and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Expense Ghost regarding the Product and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
